DonePay Wallet is a digital wallet for the payments that come round every month: mobile and DTH recharges, electricity, water, gas and broadband bills, FASTag top-ups and money transfers — all from a single balance and a single account.
Do I have to install an app?
No. The complete wallet works in any modern browser at app.donepaywallet.com. If you prefer an app, the Android version is on Google Play and uses the same account. An iPhone app is coming.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Open the wallet, tap Add Money, enter an amount and pay with one of the methods offered at checkout. Your balance updates as soon as our payment partner confirms the payment.
What happens if a payment fails?
If an operator or biller declines a payment, the amount goes back to your DonePay balance automatically. Some operators confirm a little later, so a payment can show as pending for a while. If money left your wallet and the service never arrived, check the timelines in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and raise a ticket — we will trace it.
Are there any charges?
Opening and keeping a wallet is free. Some services carry a small convenience or payment gateway charge — when they do, it is shown on the confirmation screen before you pay, never after.
Is my money and personal data safe?
Traffic is encrypted, sensitive actions need your PIN and an OTP, and every rupee that moves is logged with a unique reference. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
How do I make a complaint?
Email support@donepaywallet.com with your registered mobile number and the transaction reference. Every complaint gets a ticket; escalation levels and response times are in our Grievance Redressal Policy.
